We need to create affordable spaces for businesses, so that we can have healthy, diverse businesses in our communities.

Local business faces high real estate prices/rent, and high taxes for commercial development.

Real estate offices are taking up business space on main street. Right now, real estate is the big commercial engine driving these towns, what happens when it crashes?

- integration of affordable transportation and child care.

Attention needs to be given to getting more food produced locally, so that we're not so dependent on trucking. Could we give some sort of incentive to get local restaurants to buy locally?
