2023 CANTOR PRIZE – ENTRY FORM & FEES
- COMPLETED SUBMISSION
All requests for information on the Entry Form must be completed. An incomplete submission is grounds for contest disqualification and forfeiture of fees. Click on the Submit Button when finished. - BIO & PHOTO
A Bio of no more than 125 words. A headshot photo in .jpg or .jpeg format only of 250 KB or larger. - POEMS
Poems of any style but of no more than three letter-sized sheets in a typeface no smaller than 12 point san serif. Each poem a separate file. Doc and docx files preferred. Editable pdf files acceptable. See Cantor Guidelines to be sure your submission is complete. - FEES
Be sure to submit the Entry Form and then come back and pay your entry fees using the Pay Now buttons below. (You will be taken to the Paypal site to make a credit card or Paypal payment. A Paypal account is not required. Once payment is complete you will be redirected back to this page.) For a resubmitted submission there is an Incomplete Fee of $5.

Remember you must come back to this page to make your fee payment once your form is submitted (or you may pay first and then Paypal will direct you back to this page to complete your entry form).

ENTRY FEE WITH FEEDBACK:
Use the dropdown below to add $5 to the base fee for each poem to enable the ‘Feedback’ option, then click ‘Pay Now’ to make your payment.
