Online Entry Form
Submit:

  1. Bio (100 words or less)
  2. Headshot Photo (jpg or jpeg only)
  3. Poem File(s): You may submit up to 10 poems total. Each needs to be a separate file in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.

Poem File Format
Each poem file should be named using (1) the first five letters of the poet’s LAST NAME, (2) the first five letters of the poem’s TITLE, and (3) the last two numbers of the contest year submitted (no spaces between any of those). If the Last Name is shorter than 5 letters, use the first name letters next to get to five. The first letter of the poet’s Last Name should be capitalized. And each word of the Title.

  • George Foy’s Old Yeller would look like “FoyGeOldYe21”

Important
Each poem must be a separate file with no names or identifying info in the text, except for in the title of the file itself as indicated above.

That can be arranged individually by responding to the initial feedback email.
