PASS DESCRIPTION

• General Admission (GA) Festival Pass grants the attendee access to all GA Presentations, Keynotes, General Admission Cooking Demos, Outdoor workshops, Band Performances, Poetry Show, Parade, Puff Ball and More.
• Mush Family Pre-Sale, Early Bird Pass Sale, General Admission Passes, Full Festival Passes are all General Admission Passes, unless a VIP Pass is purchased *see VIP pass description for VIP inclusions.*
• Keep your emailed QR code Pass to use at Registration to pick up your full access GA Wristband.
• Wristbands must be picked up in person during festival Registration.
• Special Event and Pre Fest Workshop Tickets are a separate paid ticket you can purchase on Passes page when tickets sales are active.
• Passes will be limited to a first come first serve basis. Once all GA passes have sold out we will begin a Wait List and allow passes to be purchased as spots open up.
• Forays will be on an online sign up list sent via email as well as at the festival foray tent in Vendor Village, foray is included in GA wristband.
• Foray’s sign up is first come first serve at sign up.
• Passes do NOT guarantee access to every presentation/workshop/lecture/event we are working with limited capacity – arrive early to secure spot at the venue!
• In 2025 we had 150 events at the TMF, there is PLENTY that your pass gets you access to. To best experience the TMF make sure to purchase a festival pass.

SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS

• Special Event Tickets go on sale May 1st at 10am Mountain Time.
• Special Events examples: Hongos en la Mesa, MycoRemediation, Sacred Mushroom Cultivation, Cooking Mushrooms with Chad, Etc.
• Each Ticket is to its own unique workshop, dinner experience or special foray. You must purchase a ticket for the event you want to participate in.
• Once ticket is purchased – look for email confirmation and tickets
• More information will be included closer to the event about how, where, when to attend.
• Special Event Tickets are in addition to a Festival Pass (wristband).

REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

• GA, Early Bird Festival Passes and Special Event Tickets are non-refundable 
• VIP Passes are non-refundable, but can be re-sold, transferred to another attendee, transferred to the following year, or donated to TMF. If a VIP attendee chooses to donate the pass and not attend the event – Festival will provide a tax donation credit for the full amount of $1500.
• Please only purchase passes/tickets that were sold through Humanitix platform.
• In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the Festival will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
